Foom, a subscription based drinking app has raised seed fund of around of around INR 30 Lakh from a Delhi based investor, reported VCCircle. Foom provides a subriscription model for drink lovers who can get their favorite drinks at discounted price in some of the listed restaurants.

The Bangalore based startup is founded by Lokesh Bevara who is also CEO of the company. FOOM provides first free drink for its subscribers for first thirty days.

As per the report, around 20 Lakh will be used in improving the app from the fund raised and rest for other operational activities.

Other competitors in the market for FOOM are Raw Pressery, Juicifix and JusDivine, and Delhi-based Antidote and could give tough competition however, founders are confident and planning to raise the next round within six month, VCCircle quoted Lokesh.
