What if you do not pay toll tax? You will not be allowed to cross the toll or in some cases may be beaten by the rowdy's present at the tolls.

However, if you are an MP and that too from the biggest state ruled by none other than BJP, you are not only allowed to skip paying toll but also allowed take a contingent of hundreds of workers with you without paying a penny.

Yes, this is exactly what the newly elected UP BJP Chief, Mahendra Nath Pandey has to say when asked by reporters after he and his supporters did not pay toll tax.

It is common scene at every toll in India that ministers, Vidhayaks and other Netas having the backing of political p[parties do not pay tax at tolls and when someone dares to ask them to pay they beat them mercilessly.

Prime Minister has continuously said and also taken step to end the culture of vip's however it the mindset which is still persistent among the ruling Netas.
